Regardless of the type of service required, all of Codified Telenumerics’ endeavours are preceded by a written proposal that is used as a basis for clearly defining customer expectations. We are committed to developing a close working relationship with our client by keeping them informed of progress in relation to all milestones outlined within the agreed work scope. Major milestone progress can be conveyed in a variety of forms including on site or customer site design reviews, interim reports, conference calls with “Net Meeting” etc. Every project carries a certain degree of risk. Risk factors include: 1) Maturity and complexity of the technologies contemplated, 2) Experience and “know how” of the people involved, 3) External environmental issues including Market volatility etc. Codified Telenumerics understands that in order to maximize success, sources of risk must be identified and mitigated to the greatest extent possible. Complex high-risk projects should be preceded by a formal feasibility study that identifies risk sources and their degree along with a strategy that includes alternate courses of action that will aid in their mitigation.
